Bananas are great food

The wonderful fruit, the Lakatan banana starts out like this, a sucker taken from a banana mother plant and placed in a hole underground. It would eventually grow and bear fruit in about a year's time after which it dies. All its life is spent in bearing that one bunch of delicious and greatly nutritious fruit which is loved dearly by all.

Mind Control

These past two days have been really terrible. The opposition to my project is becoming great and I am finding it really hard to keep my mind from overturning. There is a chance that I am going to lose but this is a slim chance which I am not going to allow to happen. I know too much to ever be victimized again. It doesn't feel good when someone shouts at you. Well, there is only one person who does that to me and there is nothing I can do about it. This morning it happened again and I was so upset and my heart was palpitating and my blood pressure shot through the roof. This is an impossible situation and I should not be in it. The fact of the matter is that this situation has been impossible from the beginning and I have hung in there for as long as I could.

I am beginning to feel that I am at the end of my rope and I should instigate some changes. This time I need to be careful about this because doing anything rash while in an emotional state is not going to improve my situation. It will only make it worse.

Anyway, here's Cagayan de Oro City with another one: Cagayan de Oro City. My Cebu City site has made pr1, surprise, surprise. Dumaguete is still in the boondocks as far as Google goes but Dumaguete has made some headway. Jai Alexander rocks!

I have been drinking green tea for a number of months now and I must say that I can feel a number of improvements on the way that I feel, healthwise. I never exercise and I am mostly sedentary as I am all the time working on my computer. I make a big pot of tea and drink it until it is all consumed. Most of the time, I do not need to drink water at all. Green tea satisfies my thirst whenever I need to drink.
